Simone Di Biase

Simone Di Biase, Architetto Laureato Presso università La Sapienza di Roma, iscritto all’ordine degli architetti di Roma, con consolidata esperienza nei processi di digitalizzazione del settore AECO, con un focus su BIM, interoperabilità IFC e gestione del dato.

Opera in contesti complessi di engineering, ICT e project management, supportando la definizione e l’implementazione di modelli informativi lungo l’intero ciclo di vita degli asset, dall’analisi dei requisiti alla gestione e valorizzazione delle informazioni in abito infrastrutturale DC/MCI, Industrial, Real Estate.

Nel corso della sua attività ha sviluppato competenze in BIM Management, BIM Coordination, Digital Twin e integrazione dei dati, contribuendo a progetti di trasformazione digitale per edifici e infrastrutture.

Partecipa attivamente a iniziative di condivisione e sviluppo della cultura BIM in ambito nazionale.
È certificato ai sensi della UNI/PdR 78:2020 come BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator e CDE Manager e attualmente ricopre il ruolo di Head of BIM Department in DBA S.p.A.

Simone Di Biase, architect who graduated from La Sapienza University in Rome and is a member of the Rome Association of Architects, has extensive experience in digitalisation processes within the AECO sector, with a focus on BIM, IFC interoperability and data management.

He works in complex engineering, ICT and project management contexts, supporting the definition and implementation of information models throughout the entire asset lifecycle, from requirements analysis to the management and utilisation of information in DC/MCI, Industrial and Real Estate infrastructure contexts.

Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in BIM Management, BIM Coordination, Digital Twin and data integration, contributing to digital transformation projects for buildings and infrastructure.

He actively participates in initiatives to promote and develop BIM culture at a national level.

He is certified under UNI/PdR 78:2020 as a BIM Manager, BIM Coordinator and CDE Manager and currently holds the position of BIM Manager Department at DBA S.p.A.
