The comprehensive ROADMAP defining actions to be taken and funds needed to overcome the digital/green skills gap in the construction sector and achieve the 2030 building energy efficiency targets is now available in its final version.
Stakeholders can confirm their support within the end of the month.
After a year of desk research, quantitative analysis, interviews, and after a series of 20 workshops organised throughout Italy during which suggestions and ideas were gathered from all the main national stakeholders in the construction sector, the final version of the RES2 ROADMAP is ready: a rich strategic document containing
Sector data (restructuring/renewal needs of the Italian building stock, , overview of national sector contracts, etc.)
Strategic lines for the development of the sector, i.e. a detailed and argued description of the 5 lines of action identified as the most relevant and urgent to solve the digital and green skills gap in the sector
Strategies and action plans to update the skills of workers in the construction sector according to the needs of the market and for the achievement of the AGENDA 2030 objectives, as well as an overview of the competence recognition systems in the sector
Precise definition of: responsibilities of individual actors, gannt/timing of interventions, estimated costs
A voluminous document, which in about 300 pages deals in detail with each of the above-mentioned aspects.
But with, in addition, a detailed index allowing stakeholders to quickly delve into only those sections of interest to them.
